Mass flow meter M Series M Mass flow meter from Alicat Scientific is one of the market’s fastest mass flow meters with a response time of 10 ms. By default, all meters have 98-130 gases and gas mixtures pre-programmed. The differential pressure principle allows the measurement to be started immediately. The meter is started without any heating required. The flowmeter can be installed in any position without requiring any straight stretches before or after the meter. The large measuring range allows one and the same meter to measure both low and high flows with great accuracy. By default, all instruments show mass flow, volume flow, temperature and pressure in the display and via RS-232.
