Whilst annual calibration of your Mass Flow Meter or Mass Flow Controller device is not a pre-requisite, it is possible that your QA System might require Certified Annual Recalibration. Here is a Sample Certificate of Calibration. Equally, you may wish to consider an annual “health check” as over time, minor physical changes to the laminar flow elements and pressure sensors inside the device, such as particulate deposits or damaged flow elements, can alter the flow characteristics of the device’s flow path. Remember, all Alicat instruments are covered by an initial Three Year Warranty, further enhanced by the Limited Lifetime Warranty! Full Scale ranges outside of the above limits, High Accuracy adder codes, Pressure and Liquid calibrations continue be performed via the Alicat Global Service Centre Network, and PCT remain delighted to retain their priority interface with that service. Remember, whilst PCT are an Alicat Authorised Service Centre, we are still able to recalibrate your Cole Parmer MasterFlex, or Omega FMA series devices. PCT are also perfectly placed to facilitate your Bronkhorst, Aalborg, Sierra and other recalibration requirements through our extensive calibration network.

The Service we provide - Explained
The Alicat Approved PCT Service Centre is able to provide you a rapid 3-day turn around on calibrations of full scale flows between 10 SCCM and 500 SLPM. Urgent 24hr turnaround calibrations are also available through our Expedite Service although again this is flow rate dependent.
