ALICAT MC

The MC Series mass flow controller is used to regulate a desired flow. It accurately measures the flow and with the help of the built-in control valve it maintains the set flow. A mass flow controller is used to control either flow or pressure and with its fast response time, it controls the flow with very high accuracy even with rapid changes of pressure and temperature in the system.
