Alicat OEM Basis mass flow controllers
Alicat OEM Basis mass flow controllers offer fast, accurate and repeatable mass flow control for OEM gas applications where a cheaper mass flow controller maybe required.
Instruments are available with selectable gases which include Air, Ar, CO2, N2, O2, N2O. Stand-alone gases for use with one gas only are also available for use with He or H2 applications.
Basis is available with full scale flow rates to 100 SCCM, 1000 SCCM (1 SLPM), 20 SLPM or 50 SLPM. Talk to us if you have specific full scale flow requirements.
Basis mass flow controllers feature Modbus RTU over RS-232 or RS-485 as well as a stand 0 – 5 VDC analog input / output signal, all through a DB9 male connection.
