We are pleased to inform them that Alicat Scientific has extended the maximum flow rate for hydrogen/hydrogen from 5,000 SLPM to 10,000 SLPM with a new mass flow meter and mass flow controller.
Alicat's mass flow and pressure instruments have become irreplaceable in the hydrogen instrument market whether in fuel cell test rigs, electrolyzer flow verification, membrane testing or in other research projects. The high flow range will provide this customer segment with accurate, fast measurement and control in a wider flow range.
The new 10 000 SLPM has the following technical data:
- Only compatible with H2
- Flow rates up to 12 000 SLPM (calibrated flow range can be exceeded with +20%)
- Pressure up to 160 psiA/11 barA; up to 320 psiA/22barA for Q series
- Up to 95 % relative humidity (non-condensing) and up to 100 % relative humidity (non-condensing) for S series
- Temperatures from -10°C to +60°C
